I don't know where to start on fingering out what I have done wrong. Any help would be much apperciated. A couple of questions to be able to help you. All channels locked out, means that either you don't have frequencies programmed into the bank, or, the frequencies are Locked Out. When you turn on the scanner, press manual, then press This will take you to Bank 0, channel If there is a frequency programmed, you will see it. If the channel shows: 0. There is no frequency programmed.
